There are older sections to the town, but there isn't really a "bad" section of town. If you're from a big city, don't be surprised when people in the grocery line start-up a conversation with you.
The homes here have a great small-town feel. You won't really find houses in Spring Hill under 1100 square feet and the vast majority of the homes are newer, so you don't really see any run-down neighborhoods. On the other hand, the homes and the town have a humble quality; the houses and the yards are nice but not as fancy as homes in Franklin and Brentwood. You might see a BMW at one house and a pickup truck at the next.
